Once I was passing through a temple in Tamilnadu. There I found an elephant which was tied on a tree with a rope.

I suddenly stopped, confused on seeing such huge creature being held only by a small rope.

I have seen elephants destroying the trees in seconds and smashing it. But this elephant is not doing it for some reason.

I saw the trainer of the elephant lying nearby. I asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.

The trainer said “When they are young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and at that age, its enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”

I was so amazed. Such huge creature believing they couldn’t untie their ropes, they were stuck right where they were.

Like these elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?

sad little reader

How many of you are still believing that you are week in mathematics, you are week in computer programming. You are living like this elephant.

Failure is a part of learning. Learn from the failures. Believe Yourself!

We should never give up the struggle in the life.

Believe in you and Succeed.

Thank You!
